Belle Chasse Martial Arts has been producing champions in life and on the mat since 1970. We are dedicated to the preservation and teaching of Kodokan Judo.

In keeping with the original spirit of the founders, the art of Kodokan Judo is taught first and foremost as a complete system of self defense.

This focus truly separates us from many other schools that place so much emphasis on the "sport" side of Judo and Jiu-jitsu with little concern for its 'martial" application. We intend to maintain this integrity and diligently seek to present our art in its proper balance.
